Help! AS-302T does not recognize hard drives

Post by Langi1977 »

Sorry, here my question in english:

since this indicates to me the Control Center the following status:

not initialized

on the following page, I should repeat the initial setup. The web browser asks me to insert disk.

However, both disks are inserted!!

Pull out and putting them does nothing.

What can I do?

I had similar issue when initially setting as-304t
I only inserted only one HDD and started initialization and when it started added
remaining HDD's

Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply . However, I have expressed myself wrong . The nas was already initialized. And now, apparently not ! Thus, all data is lost now ?

because I still have a backup, I now wanted to re-initialize the NAS.

now I have to find that Nas no longer recognize my hard drives.

the Control Center says that I should insert a disk.

If I do that, it goes no further.

Can it be that the NAS has problems with Samsung hard drives? Ironically, the problems arose after a week in the operating

I think I have to send it back. Too bad.
