AS606T - What model do I look at for replacement? Want more memory... what should I look at? Thanks.

Apparently, you'll need >= 6 bays. The choices are only AS6208T/AS6210T or AS7010T. If price is not important to you, you should select AS7010T.

I believe there should be some new models coming. However I don't know their schedule plan. I think you should write an e-mail to them directly if you need precise information about new models.
