Hello to all!
i have an AS604T with 4 ironwolf nas 4tb each, yesterday one disk say to have 1 damaged block... all is good, no problem, and after a reboot i have all led green... i MUST change this disk?

Yes, I believe you should replace it with a new one. The reason that you see all fine after restarted should be caused by no accesses to the bad block yet. After you use NAS for a while (access to that bad block), you should see the same error.
