USB throughput on AS1004t V2

I have just setting up an AS1004t V2, and transferring my data from an external drive (WD MyBook 6To USB3) to the NAS (equipped with 4 x 6To Seagate in RAID 5) through the front USB port (front face that appears to be USB3 ...) I get only 5 to 10MB/s, not even the throughput of the USB2!

Why is the flow so low? Is the rear usb port faster?

I believe it's the same among the front and the rear ports. The bottleneck might be host side or device side. It's hard to identify. You can use a PC to check the speed of your USB device first.
