Hi,
I found that I have to uninstall apps when I want to move a share to different volume.
This isn't user friendly. Why can't I just define where is the share what an app can use?
For example Surveillance center uses Surveillance named share, by default on Volume 1.
When I want to use on a non-raid'd volume, then I have to uninstall surv.center, remove surveillance share, move share to Volume 2, then
reinstall surveillance center. Simple disabling app not enough, need to uninstall.
Unfortunately the app description usually not contains information about default share/folder name which must be created in the desired location to make app work.
The app simply creates the share on Volume 1 without asking anything.

I did not try that before. I think you should report it to asustor. https://support.asustor.com/
