Re-partitioning external drive(s)

Hi,

it would be useful to add an option to External devices section to be able to add/delete partition to/from external disks.
Yesterday I have started raid rebuild and needed storage and an older disk from NAS was used for that and it contained four partitions (Raid5, 4 disks).
The one disk was detected as four usb disks with various file systems.
Disk out, move bay to PC, remove partitions, create new, format, move back bay to NAS, insert HDD, connect, backup.
