Storage analyzer

Hi all,
I can't seem to find a "storage analyzer" to check the size of all shares and email a report daily or monthly on my Asustor NAS.
Preferably with historical data to find trends. The Disk Usage under activity monitor holds only static information.
This way it would be visible how fast disk are filling up and which departement is responsible and take appropriate actions.

Is there some sort of app available?
