CPU Limiter

Hi there! Just got myself a new AS7004T and I'm very happy with it :)

Most operative systems got programs/apps for limiting how much cpu is allowed for each process/app, that's something I'm missing on my Asustor. I'm running 20-30 virtual machines and need to control how much cpu each one is using, it's for test purpose...

I personally don't know if this can be done. Perhaps @father.mande knows of a way?

a gui would be nice, but couldn't you just find the process and then "nice" it?
