Im watching 4k movies on my old little 302t without issues
You are misleading people when it does not say anything about 4k...
It handles it very well, on my 4k tv with hdr, awesome picture

). However I believe your NAS should display 1080p resolution only which is acceptable by your TV. Did you play 4k movies under XBMC? I'm surprised about it.
