Integrate HX_Engine into the bae ADM interface

Father Mande made a fantastic application for us when he gave us the HX_Engine. This is what the ADM Portal SHOULD be, instead of what we have now.

What I would like to see if the ADM Portal completely redone with the HX_Engine as a basic frame work. With access to the ADM's user and groups lists, full interfaces to browsers, apps, etc.

This gives an ACTUAL use for the HDMI port on some of the smaller models, as well as options for accessing our NASes for all of us.
