App access by account groups

I think it would be a great feature if access to apps were based upon the users groups instead of based on individual user accounts. For instance in our accounting department, I make a new user account and that individual users account has all folders denied, however the user is added to the Accounts group and thereby can see and access what the Accounts team can. I also have a set of apps that only the Accounts team uses and as of now I have grant each new account access to each app individually. If access to apps were based upon account groups also it would make it a bit easier for app access management. Thank you so much for such a fantastic product and for having this feature request board. Asus/Asustor is awesome!
