Choose Which Apps Make Use of the External VPN Connection

Hello,

This feature request follows on from the 'Download Center VPN Options' request but extends that particular request (http://forum.asustor.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=6715).

Rather than trying to arrange a specific setting for Download Center only, is it possible to create an option in the settings where the user can decide exactly which apps make use of the external VPN connection?

Please ask if you don't quite follow what I mean.
