The expert technical support and insightful usage suggestions would be coming from the user base, right? Asustor employees actually frequenting the forums are a rarity. Since they have to be here to offer technical support, expert or otherwise, or usage suggestions, the input from the other users are where this phrase comes from, right?
My request is simple: Asustor, GET INVOLVED with these forums. Give us some feedback on what people want to do and how to do it. Stop breaking key critical apps when you update the OS or the app itself. Give us a time line for fixing those apps that have been broken. (Python SSL? Perl? Asus WebStorage?)
In other words, become part of the solution instead of part of the problem.
