Re: Crashplan cloud sync
The problem is probably that the App central doesn't have this app available to install. Most of the users of these NAS's are learning Linux as a result of their purchase, and not having prior knowledge they don't know the installation procedure for other apps. I know I sure didn't before I got my NAS.
It'll take someone like Clinton Hall to port things over to the flavor of Ubuntu we have in the ADM, and write up a package for Asustor to put up on the App Central, or the developers/owners of Crashplan to write something specific for these. Barring that, if you already have it running, can you write up a short tutorial of what and how you did it, so others interested can do it as well? (I'm not interested, personally, but others seem to be.)

Re: Crashplan cloud sync
I look forward to a guide, happy to work through it to get set up, and thanks in advance for the help.
On my WHS 2011 it was simple to install and ran perfectly, I am new to Linux so a little lost.

1. Install it?
2. setup/access the software?
