Is it possible to totally shut off the power of an USB port - maybe in a futur ADM?
I have an Raspberry Pi plugged in one of the ports and even with the NAS sleeping the LEDs of the Raspberry Pi are shining very bright (and light up the room at night)
If this option is already existing, please tell me how to use it.

I can't shed any light on your problem, but just curious about something.
Why would you put the Pi on the USB bus. Doesn't this device have an Ethernet jack on it? Also, isn't the USB on the Pi itself a hub, so you have a hub plugging into a hub? Is the NAS able to see the Pi or vice-versa?
And a little electrical tape over the LEDs fixes the lighting issues.

# Answer to the question "why is the RPI on a USB port of the NAS"
The NAS powers the RPI on a USB port!
The kodi (xbmc) on the RPI needs the NAS for media database,
waking the RPI without the NAS is worthless.
Waking the NAS also wakes the RPI and this works quite nice!
#Answer to the question "why does it bother me if the light is on"
If the light is on, there is power coming from USB ports,
therefore the NAS consumes more power than necessary while sleeping.
Side Effect: the room is light at night.
