Additional resolution option on the Austor Portal settings on my NAS

Hi, When I play films via Kodi from my NAS, I don't get any sound output through either 50Hz or 60Hz options. I have my NAS connected via HDMI to my amp, and another from the amp to the TV.

If I look at the Portal on the TV, I have a resolution option of 1920x1080 @ 24Hz

I would like to be able to set this resolution centrally on the NAS itself under options (50Hz and 60Hz are there, but not 24Hz) so I don't have to keep doing it every time I switch the TV on/channel over.
