Need help new install

Hi
Im new here and got a big problem, the problem is that i cant registrat on the nas to asustor-id it says somthing like.
Varning it cold not get languitch information (Ref. 5401)

Plz can somone help me with this thanks.

Hi Demuz, seems there might be something wrong with their login server.. am getting the same error, was working yesterday.

you can submit a ticket here http://support.asustor.com/ to notify their support... the more the merrier

Same here, cannot login and therefore I cannot download any Apps.

I have no picture fr.o.m. The hdmi is it becuse tis not reade or what?

You must activate "Media Mode" under Settings - General.
Then will HDMI work after you have done a reboot.

i dont have that either, maybe because xbmc/boxee is not installed?
