Netflix is now operational with the latest ADM 2.6 beta. Thank you!

Netflix won't play thru the portal, because chrome is outdated. My chrome is from 2013. Can't see that anywhere that chrome ever been updated......... Or is it just me?

I can't get it to work either on my AS-602T with Intel Atom processor.

ADM 2.6 beta If you aren't signed up for the Beta program, it's not there.

I'm using ADM 2.6 beta. I'm sure Portal got updated but I don't have access to new Web Browser.
Might be limited to certain models, i.e. AS31/50/61/62/70, as indicated in Asustor ADM 2.6 Beta Program.

Ok, downloading it now, and will try and install it manually.

No luck, I tried everything it said, but it seems that the app 190 webrowser and the X.org app it refeers to is not for the 602T.

For my Asustor - AS-602T, the X.org app is not up to the required one for your app. That's a shame......

For my Asustor - AS-602T, the X.org app is not up to the required one for your app. That's a shame......

Netflix app, requires the Operating system to be closed source, with limited access, so you can forget any official support for Netflix on a XBMC based solution where encryption algorythms would be floating all over the net, due to its opensource plan.

Same goes for most DRM based media, it requires the DRM licence to belong to someone specific, not the whole world of developers.

Problem with it as i see it, is that you can add plugins to rip the media being played, which will mean you can make a raw copy of the decrypted media being played and get around the DRM protection, Netflix do not like that.

You forgot to add that even semi-official netflix apps like on android are only 480p.
