Finally Asustor answred me: if your NAS has no warranty, just buy a new one.
Everyone should apply Asustor approach on all their products:
- My washing machine is broken, yea I'll just buy a new one.
- My car is broken down, yea I'll just buy a new one.
For me this topic is closed and Asustor also, finally the trash was the better solution for this Asustor NAS after an ADM update.

Edit: I had to use their email support@asustor.com and on the other side I still have no access to my Asutor account.
