Hi,
I have problem to connect Photo Gallery 3 on the AS3102T NAS by Aifoto android app from the internet. Locally it connects well (local IP address, user/pass), but from the Internet it cannot connect in any way unfortunately. From the web browser on PC I can connect to the NAS Photo gallery from the internet also well: https://"myDDNShostname" and default https port (I have https access to the NAS through reverse proxy). Whatever I try put in Aifoto server host/IP field, everything fails. Is it connecting by hostname possible at all? Or it is reverse proxy what will mess things? I tried hostname like myhostname/apps/photogallery and myhostname/portal/?openApp=user-photogallery and plain hostname with correct port with no success. Links are are working well as web addresses in browser. Maybe there is a simple solution, but unfortunately I can't find tutorial with examples for Aifoto 3
Thanks,
Val

Instead of using the hostname, try using your ASUSTOR Cloud ID for remote access. This can simplify the connection process and bypass some of the issues with hostname resolution.

Thanks Donald! Cloud ID works. Does anyone know, how to change Home folder for Photo Gallery 3. Default is "Home" on Volume1, but I need to have my backup on Volume2.

It's easy enough to move your Home folder to a different volume in Access Control but I can't see any way to make Photo Gallery use a different folder.

Unfortunately there is no way to move or create new working Home folder from drive to drive for example Volume1 to Volume2 in Access Control. At least I can't find a way.

Apologies, you're right. Just about any other folder can be moved by editing it in Access Control but the volume selection box is greyed out for home folders.
