Can I use plex app as an interface like the boxee app when playing medias directly via hdmi to the tv ?

I don't believe so. Plex is a server which streams the media to a plex client. I don't believe this supports output via HDMI.
Some TVs can run a plex client... But if yours does not, plex won't do what you need without using another device running as plex client.
