Hi,
does anyone have experience with UPS power supplies?
Is it possible to activate something by root?
I'm a Linux newbie.

Re: UPS with USB-Port
I'm using UPS with USB. ADM should detect the UPS if it's supported shown in the ADM Portal -> External Devices. Let us know more details.

Re: UPS with USB-Port
Hi, sorry for the late reply.
It is a Tripp Lite OMNIVSX850.
The manufacturer is on the combatibility list, but not the modell.
I found a website where are presumably drivers for Linux.
It is possible to modify ADM?

Re: UPS with USB-Port
Not sure if it's possible. You'll need to compile (the tedious part if you're not familiar) and configure NUT to test them. Best is to request from Asustor support for assistance.
