Hello,
after a long time I come back for shame problems with this nas which is now more and more a disappointment.
After the famous problems of disks that do not mount on reboot, randomly (never solved despite the update with officially supported ram and ignored by the assistance in terms of warranty), the new problem is that the nas corrupts ALL the files that are copied to the USB hard disk from File Explorer .
It is the second time that I lose several GB of data because the nas is filthy.
By copying or cutting files to external drives, the files are on the external drive, but on Windows the files are unreadable.
If I copy the files to the same external drive through the windows lan network, there is no problem and the files are all working.
Can anyone explain this crap? And above all, is anyone able to solve this ADM bug?
The nas is AS6104T, ADM version 3.5.1.R8C1, bios version 1.35.

Re: The nas corrupts ALL files copied to external drive
It's new for me. Mine is just working fine. It sounds that NAS can recognize those files, but Windows does not.iobi wrote:the new problem is that the nas corrupts ALL the files that are copied to the USB hard disk from File Explorer .

Did you mean:
- NAS mounted USB disk, then copy files to a certain directory on USB disk.
- Remove USB disk from NAS. Insert this USB disk to a Windows PC. Windows can access this disk. But Windows cannot access those files?
