version 19.03.8.r5 breaks the docker endpoint connection
The latest version of docker-ce only allows local access to the docker port. Portainer can't connect to it anymore.

Re: broken with latest docker CE installation
Same issue, broken since installing 19.03.8.r5. Newest version blocks access to port 2375, which means it cannot be accessed remotely by another Portainer instance. It still works launching Portainer locally since that connects to /var/run/docker.sock. Very frustrating since I have several instances of Docker running in my environment and prefer one Portainer instance to access them all. I'm all for security, but I'd like to have the option of enabling port 2375 myself since I keep the NAS in a firewalled environment and can restrict access to 2375 on it as granularly as I want.
Asustor folks, please fix this. Give us the option to accept the risk and allow this connection, while making disabling the connection the default configuration for less experienced users.
Community folks, if anyone out there finds a way to modify the Docker-CE configuration to once again allow this, please let us know! I'll be trying myself and will update if I find a way.
