Share file via File Explorer Error

I created link to share files and tried to access it via my phone (not on WiFi) and it errors out. the link starts with my IP and port, but it does not work. ANybody any experience with this?

You shared the file to internet, is it? I guess you did not setup internet access correctly. However there are some ways to setup internet access (depends on your network environment). Pros and cons...
I think the easiest way is to enable "EZ Connect" (under ADM -> Settings). After that, your shared links will apply this new address form.

Thank you! Very new to this.
I was able to log to my asustor via the https://name.ezconnect.to
but the link from file explorere https://name.myasustor.com:8001/... still errors out.

Am I missing another step?
