6302 Goes OFFLINE

Brand new 6302 with WD 4TB hard drives. Bought this about 3 weeks ago, since day one I have had issues with the drive going "Offline". Unable to wake it up, have to reboot it from front of NAS. Been trying to get help from support, with no success so far.. Any ideas? all settings are set to never sleep, and never hibernate.

Did you receive any response to your question?
I have a very similar issue with an AS5004T. After been left active for a few days, it stops being available on the network and there is nothing from the HDMI port. The system is still running, it is warm and occasional disk activities. The only way I have found to reconnect it is hold down the boot button until it all stops. After a period of time I switch it on and returns to normal.
Does anyone know what is causing this?
