Raid/Volume is not accessible

Hello

after a power break my Asustor AS 204TE is not showing my Volume anymore - all 4 HDD seem to be fine but inactive
somebody maybe could help me ? are there a way to rebuild my nas back to my Raid 5 again ? without losing my data ?
If that is not possible - is there a way to restore my data on a mac again ?

It's almost impossible to know the status without detailed log. Not sure if you can get detailed log from ssh. I think the most efficient way for you is to contact to asustor support directly. https://support.asustor.com/
