A basic question. i cant see the usr folder from the "File Explorer" main menu. I'm trying to edit the php.ini file.

ssh to your nas using something like putty, log in as root and edit files there. Not advisable unless you have a working knowledge of linux tho as Vi or Vim aren't the most intuitive of editors.

Oh one more question, the php.ini file is read only. I logged on as admin but could not edit the file. Any ideas?

Sorry ignore the earlier question...logged in as root (instead of admin) and it worked with vi.

DO you happen to know how to load php curl into the extension directory? I'm trying to install the Magento app but it requires php curl which is not loaded by default in the Asustor php5 build.
