Hi all,
I'm in a small office (8 computers) and we are using our brand new Asustor as a place to host all of our files. So far it works great, it's fast enough for all of our needs.
We were running a windows 2003 server before, and it created Shadow Copies that could be restored using "Previous Versions" of a folder or file.
Does anyone know of anything that could work like that for our files on the NAS?
Thanks!
Joel

Re: Shadow Copy-type program for Asustor NAS
Hi Joel,
The NAS uses Linux as the core operating system and currently there's no such solution like Shadow Copy. We have been studying different approaches for something like this, therefore, this is definitely something we would be working on in the future.
