Got trouble if pause a download and resume it later

I tried to pause two download, one is about 500MB, the other one is 1.2GB. I resume the download later.
The 1.2GB one got error and never resume. The 500MB one seems OK but the file I got was larger than 1GB. I could not open it.

Any body else got the same problem?

The problem has gone after a few restarts of NAS and APPs.
