FTP explorer with VPN connection

FTP Explorer is an FTP client that allows your ASUSTOR NAS to directly connect to and transfer files from FTP sites. Its intuitive interface is able to display the connected FTP site's file and directory structure allowing you to transfer files via drag and drop. FTP Explorer supports resuming downloads, the deleting of remote files, an FTP site manager and also FTPS connections which allow you to enjoy secure file transfers.

FTP explorer with VPN connection

Post by tcfip »

Hi,

I would like to confirm whether FTP explorer can access a FTP server via VPN connections:

Steps I've taken are:

1) connect to a VPN server via "Setting" > VPN successfully
2) Access a FTP server (private IP: 192.1.x.x) on the VPN network with FTP explorer but got an error:

"Unable to connect to 192.168.1.10. Please check your settings and try again. (Ref. 5601)"

I think it will be more efficient if you send a support request to asustor through (http://support.asustor.com/). :)
