Kodi 17 does not resume playback

Hello,

The Kodi 17 works fine. Only one big problem.
With the previous version, when you stop watching a video and restart it later on it asks you wether you want to resume or start from beginning.
Kodi 17 does not ask anything. It just starts from the begining.

anyone knows where to change this setting or does somebody knows where to find the Kodi 16.0.3.r12 apk file?
