I have a 5012T that is has current ADM, and I cannot get it to start up. When I power it up (with the button or power adapter) the drives spin up briefly, but it doesn't seem to get up and running. There's no power light on the power button, and the on the drives, the right side green LED's on the two bays are solid green. The network (blue) light is lit up. I've tried powering down, pulling the power, but I'm getting nothing. I tried to poke the reset button in the back but I get no beep even if I'm holding that button if for ten or more seconds.
What can I do here to get this thing back up and running?
AS5012T won't start up.

Try powering it up without the disks. Else it's advised to contact Asustor https://support.asustor.com.

No luck. I call them and they think it's a bad motherboard.
