After upgrade 5104 No access using Control Center or Web Interface

I finally did an upgrade a week ago, and everything worked fine...
I have been using the NAS for file storage, git, pictures, and music.
NTFS has worked flawlessly.

BUT

Today I tried to use Control Center to manage the web server. I wanted to turn it on!
But ACC cannot run and find the NAS.
When I run ACC I tries to find the NAS and dies with a LiveUpdate message that
Live Update has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working
correctly. Please close the program.

I click the "Close the Program" and the message disappears... but the ACC is still showing... with no NAS shown in the list!

I tried using the ip address to get the management screen and it just times out.
Using SSH I can get to the system and get logged in, but I have no idea what I'm looking for to fix the issue with Live Update.

I found the problem...

I have Express VPN running today. And it is obviously getting in the way!
Turned off the VPN, and everything works great!

I decided to leave the post just in case someone else has the problem!
