AS5002T - Invalid encoding ANSI_X3.4-1968

Post by vcadieux »

Hello,

I have an ASUSTOR AS5002T with ADM 3.2.4.RNN1.

I have installed Medusa and I am getting error when processing folder or file with special character. I also get this warning :

N :: [54da0c7] Your system is using an invalid encoding: ANSI_X3.4-1968. Please change your encoding as soon as possible or you could encounter unexpected issues.

I have looked over on how to change the locale but nothing is working. When I SSH into my server neither of those function works :

locale -a
locale-gen
localectl

I want to change the locale to :

fr_CA.UTF-8
or
en_US.UTF-8

I am wondering what I am doing wrong and how to fix this issue. I haven't find any place to change the character encoding on the ASUSTOR Settings.

Thanks,

Vincent

I thought that should be UTF-8. Anyway, I think you 'd better to send this question to asustor support directly. https://support.asustor.com/
