Tonight, after asustor portal access i saw all menu in chinese language, any attempt to set in english or italian language fails. Reset system to factory default could delete all data stored into both disks?
Any solution? I'm frantic, pls anyone can help me?

Don't reset system to factory default. It will delete all of your volumes / data.
Did you mean that ADM web page or Asustor Portal HDMI output become Chinese language? Did you set to other language under ADM web page -> top-right-corner menu, but failed? I did not encounter this trouble before. I'll recommend you to send a support request to asustor. https://support.asustor.com/
