(SOLVED) 1.0.0.r1204 can't access looksgood from web anymore

Hi there,

since last upgrade (1.0.0.r1204) i can't access looksgood from web anymore.

The page loads but everything remains ghosted under a black layer.

anyone else?

Do you use Chrome? If yes, it might result from Chrome's policy.

You should be able to enable NPAPI this year in Chrome. Or you can use IE instead.

Nope. NPAPI enabled on my chrome.
Anyway, doesn't work with firefox and IE too.

when opening it it asks me to authenticate (wich i do) then it loads it's main page, but it's ghosted with a very black layer.

My AS-304T is working fine (the same looksgood version). So you'd better to send a support request to check it.

I had the same issue as you did (on a previous version). I had to change the DNS server of the NAS from the local ISP router to the DNS servers of Google (8.8.8.8). After this change LooksGood worked MUCH faster and I could logon. It sounds really stupid, byt it

If this does not work, follow Orions advice and open a ticket. Asustor is usually quite good with support.

could you please tell me wich version of Java are you running on your computer?

I have two versions: 1.8.0_40 and 1.8.0_31 It seems 1.8.0_31 is installed by SDK. Anyway, it seems that the new updated looksgood solved your problem.
