Connection Problem

How can I connect my NAS with AiVideo through internet (not intranet)?

Tried Cloud ID, IP and Host still cannot connect. (But AiData, AiMaster .... work). The apps prompt timeout or expired when connect to my NAS. But I ensure my NAS is online and able to connect using AiData, AiMaster ...

Any step I am missing ??

Hi chiwaiwai,

Maybe it's a port forwarding issue, have you forwarded LooksGood related ports?
