Ok when oe went to reboot, had a Booting loop error, I 'think' its because sometimes the system doesn't unmount raid properly and it takes a while to check on bootup and soaks up cpu causing tthe apparent hang at booting services.

Solution, leave it for a couple of hours or over night, seems to correct it's self, just a stress session. Had a couple of others suggest the same problem, not all so at least people know.
