Mail Server - Howto add more users...?

Hello All,
I have bought the domane aliencouncil.com via the site noip.com (Plus Managed DNS)
I successfully used the Asustor Mail Server to create muself an e-mail account xxxxx@aliencouncil.com, and it works fine.
But how do I create another e-mail adress yyyyy@aliencouncil.com for another administrator of my NAS (604)...?
Hope anyone can tell me the necesary steps I need to do...
