Aidownload won't login from aimaster

I have all the apps installed from my phone (android 6.0)
And all these apps are in aimaster and work great..

Except aidownload.. when I try to open from aimaster I get the following error. :

Aidownload is unable to connect nas, please check....
All there is to check is oke.. which shows as when I go to the iadownload app itself directly I have no problem login in what so ever.

Another perculiar thing is.. in aimaster I get the error before I actually try to login. It just displays it at startup of aidownload.

Any hints.. would be much appreciated!

Well, I got the same issue. I usually launch AiDownload directly, not from AiMaster. I'll suggest to send a support ticket to asustor too. https://support.asustor.com/
