AiDownload error

Hello,

When I try to connect to my server with AiDownload app I just get this error "Kontroller nettverksforbindelsen" in norwegian. In english it is something like "Controll network configuration" or "Check network configuration". I have tried resetting the app, install new version, different phones, but nothing will work. When I go to the website everything works as it should, and cant find any errors in the configurations either. Has anyone had this error? In that case, how did you fix it?

AiDownload is iOS or Andorid?

if it is on android platform...
Then it seem that i have a similar problem.
For now it seems to be solved by not trying AiDownload via AiMaster, but use the AiDownload ap directly..

and if that works.. please send a support ticket to asustor too. https://support.asustor.com/
