Aidata fails to connect

I just got a new Galaxy S7 and AiData will not connect. It give me and "Authentication Failed" notice both trying locally and on the internet. I can log in from my Galaxy Tab and from my old Note II with no problem. I can login from my S7 with AiMaster and AiDownload both locally and over the net. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AiData but it didn't help. Any ideas will be appreciated.

My phone is different from yours. I think you should send a support request to asustor to check it.

Hello
Try connect first to Aimaster, and from Aimaster, connect directly to AIdata. If needed, kill Aidata and retry from Aimaster.

Thanks, I have sent a support request in as Aidata is the only mobile app that will not connect I think that somewhere there is a conflict.

Will it connect to and work on iPhone 7 plus updated to 10.3.2
