Just a suggestion to deploy the in-app feedback feature, such that users can vote for the features that in need by the community.

A successful example can be referenced from the Microsoft Outlook Mobile apps, which leverage the uservoice.com to collect user's feedback and help the product manager to make an informed decision to community's need.

p.s. I have got no direct/indirect connection with this company, but a thought that I want the ASUSTOR mobile app product manager to consider and further streamline the user's experience only. Thank you.
