Size limit at downloads to phone

Hi,
when I try to download files from my 202TE to my Android phone via AiData I cannot copy multiple files with an overall size of more than roughly 20 Mb (Error message: capacity limit exeeded). I have to download every file seperately. Can anyone confirm that limitation or is there some option I overlooked?

Mine is working fine. What's your AiData version (mine is 1.2.22 (07260) and my ADM version is the latest one)? If you use the latest one, I think you should report it to asustor. http://support.asustor.com/

Thanks for the reply. I also use the AiData version 1.2.22 (07260) and I guess the newest ADM version (2.6.3.R7I3). I will report the issue to the support then.

Hi,

You can do this in three ways :

-Using Google Drive
-Using the Backup and Sync Program
-Downloading an Archive from Google
