Only me?
EDIT:
Installed 1.1.6, now it works.
So update 1.3.2 is bad.

No I am having the exact same problem since the upgrade (was just about to post this, thought it was only me). How did you get 1.1.6 to revert to? I can confirm that the latest update to this app no longer allows me to authenticate. I can still reach my server remotely using my computer, so it has nothing to do with the actual connection to the server, it is the update to that app that is giving us the 'Authentication Failed'.

I think you should report it to asustor. https://support.asustor.com/

Are these forums not moderated at all? I also submitted feedback on the Google App store, and got the 'we are looking into this'. Not happy about this one, wish I could roll back the update to this app was working perfectly fine (previous version).

Dear All,
We found an issue that AiSecure 1.3.2 doesn't handle well when the password has special characters.
The fixed version 1.3.3 (0151) has just been release.
Please let me know if this version works for you.

Thank you James . Upgrading to version 1.3.3 seems to have fixed the 'authentication failed' issue. I am now able to remotely view my cameras once again.

Re: After update, no connection. "Authentication failed"
So I got version 1.4.8 now and... not working.
Running Surv.Center 2.7 and the android app needs 2.8.
Last time I tried 2.8 all camera feeds died.
But that was a long time ago so I tried latest Surv.Center.
And all feeds are black again..
Downgraded Surv.Center to 2.7x butI need an older Android app version.
Where can I find this?
