This one is probably more for the developers, but an issue nonetheless.
One of my cameras is rotated 90 degrees both physically and digitally, directly from the camera.
This means it provides a 1080x1920 (9:16) or portrait rather than landscape orientated image.
In the AiSecure app, there is a setting to lock the aspect ratios, but this stretches this rotated camera's image from a 9:16 shape to a 16:9 shape.
I don't want to turn this setting off, as then all five images will be distorted (including this one) instead of four being good and one being bad so that's a worse compromise.
The image from this camera displays correctly on the Surveillance Centre software on the computer...
Can an update please be provided to the AiSecure app to recognise the resolution produced by a 90 degree or 270 degree rotated image and keep the correct aspect ratio when the lock aspect ratio option is set??
Cheers

Re: Aspect Ratio for 90deg rotated camera
I've had a few emails back and forth with Stanley Hsu regarding this.
They've since released AiSecure 2.0 in which he was hoping this was solved, though it was not, as it has the exact same issue.
A couple of side notes for the new version of AiSecure:
+ The issue with the previous app where I had to fully close it and reopen it to view the live stream again if I'd left it running in the background doesn't occur with this app
+ Frame rates stay higher (30fps each) with more than one camera on the screen in live view on the new app whereas frame rates would drop to 10fps or below per camera viewed on the old app
- The new app doesn't have the lock screen option like the old app so my phone will lock while on live view which is a pretty frustrating feature to lose
Forgot to mention that playback of recordings from the rotated camera display correctly in the app - it's just the live view where the issue is

Re: Aspect Ratio for 90deg rotated camera
All issues sorted in the last update!
The aspect ratio for my rotated camera now displays correctly in Live View, and there is now also an option to keep the screen awake in Live View.
Thank you so much Stanley Hsu!
