Post by al2suarez »

I have AiMusic and am able to connect fine...

I downloaded AiFoto and am NOT able to connect...

I've tried 'Connect via Cloud ID', 'Connect via IP/Hostname' & 'Auto Discovery' and works fine in AiMusic,,, but does NOT work with AiFoto.

FYI: All my attempts are from my iPhone.

Like I said, I am entering the same information for AiMaster/AiMusic...
Cloud ID, username, pwd & description and I can enter my NAS no problem except AiFoto.

I installed Photo Gallery on my NAS and it works fine, but I am interested in AiFoto because I want to upload my iPhone pictures to my NAS.

I feel so so so stupid

When I opened up my ports on my router I thought I had entered both 443 & 80,,, now that I double checked,,, I had mistakenly put '43' instead of '443' and I totally missed '80'. Lack of sleep is numbing me out.

My bad, and my sincere apology. Its working now.

Thank you.

I had the same problem here.

Go to ADM / Services / Web Server
Activate the Web Server. Now your open ports 80/443 are put into use.
