Upload new and skip previous uploaded photos

Upload new and skip previous uploaded photos

Feature to only upload new photos/videos and skip previously uploaded photos/videos.

So maybe have option to:

(0) Upload All Photos/Videos
(1) Upload All Photos (only Photos)
(2) Upload All Videos (only Videos)
(3) New Photos/Videos (Skip Previous Uploaded)
(4) New Photos (Only Photos - Skip Previous Uploaded)
(5) New Videos (Only Videos - Skip Previous Uploaded)
(6) Manual Selection

* Also option to overwrite existing file or rename.
** Also option to Upload during Background (Select Slow Speed or Fast Speed)
