Datasync for Google Drive

Hi.
I have two folders to backup to GDrive.
Both of them are in the root dir.
NAS
-Folder1
-Folder2
-FolderX
Is it possible to share Folder1 and Folder2?
Folder1 has a NAS to GDrive path.
Folder2 has a 2-way path.
